TEAM EMC
Interested in exploring some of Spokane on bike with your fellow EMCS members? The 9th annual TEAM EMC bike ride plans are underway. Please join us for a leisurely morning ride to get some exercise and to experience part of the area in a refreshing way. The ride is for all levels of participation.
The biking trail is fully paved and the trail head is close to the hotel. A mountain bike is not required.
A TEAM EMC jersey will be included for 1st-time participants on a first come first serve basis, while quantities last. If you received a jersey on one of our past rides, please don’t forget to bring it with you. It is the responsibility of the rider to arrange a bike rental and you should confirm the rental as soon as possible because supplies are limited. Please plan on renting the bike the night before the ride since bike shops typically don’t open until 10:00 AM. You will need to provide the type of bike you want and size (or your height if you don’t know). Cycling helmets are required. If you want to use your bike shoes and need clipless pedals you can bring your own. You are also welcome to bring your own bike. This is an open ride, so no need to sign up, simply show up ready to ride.
