Meeting Request Form

If you are in need of a meeting room during the EMC+SIPI 2022 Symposium please fill out this form.  We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however they will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis determined by availability.  Any audio visual or food and beverage costs will be at your own expense.  You must also be a registered attendee of the conference to request a meeting room.  
All requests must be made by Friday 10 June.  Room assignments will be provided in early July.
